Nationalities of our employees
Our employees have:
Medical and OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) Certificate: A document issued by an occupational medicine physician, confirming an employee’s fitness to perform a specific job.
Accommodation: This refers to providing an employee with a place of residence. In the context of work, especially for migrant workers, we offer accommodation as part of the employment package. This may be a company-provided apartment or assistance in finding suitable housing near the workplace.
Transport to Work Provided: The comprehensive nature of our services also includes the full organization of the employee’s commute to the workplace. Depending on the location of the residence, this could be, for example, a company car.
Work Permit: This is an official document issued by the relevant state authorities, allowing foreign nationals to legally undertake employment within a given country. In Poland, a work permit is often required for citizens from outside the European Union.
Legal Residence in the Territory of the Republic of Poland (RP): This refers to possessing valid documents that allow foreign nationals to reside in the territory of Poland.
