offer

We offer comprehensive assembly and disassembly services for steel structures for industrial, commercial, and infrastructure facilities. We carry out projects both as a general contractor for steel works and as a subcontractor in larger construction projects.

We provide full support from the planning stage, through the transport of elements to the construction site, up to the final acceptance of the work. Thanks to our experience and professionalism, we guarantee the smooth execution of every project with strict adherence to technical documentation and industry standards.

Installation of steel structures

We install steel structures of various types and sizes – from small support structures and architectural elements to large-scale production and warehouse halls. We are not limited by the dimensions or height of the structure. We carry out the installation using specialized equipment (mobile cranes, tower cranes, basket lifts, telescopic handlers, etc.), which enables the precise positioning of even the heaviest elements.

Our fitters are certified for working at height and have welding certifications, allowing us to join elements using both bolted connections and welding (MIG/MAG, TIG, or electrode methods) directly on the construction site if the project requires it. The installation process always complies with the structural documentation – we ensure the correctness of every connection and element according to the design, which translates into the durability and safety of the resulting structure.

Dismantling of steel structures

We also provide a full range of steel structure dismantling services, commonly referred to as steel structure demolition. We safely dismantle steel halls, shelters, warehouses, masts, towers, and other objects made of steel. We begin every dismantling order with careful planning and an on-site inspection – we analyze the structure’s condition, its construction method, and the surrounding environment to select the optimal dismantling method. Depending on the situation, we use phased dismantling with cranes (gradual unbolting and lowering of elements), dismantling by cutting the structure into sections with specialized equipment, and in some cases, the controlled removal of entire segments.

All demolition work is carried out in compliance with strict OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) regulations – we secure the area, use certified equipment and protective measures, and our staff holds the required licenses for equipment operation and work at height. We prepare the dismantled elements for further use or disposal according to the client’s wishes – we can secure the steel elements for re-assembly at another location or arrange for their transport and handover for scrap metal recycling.

implementation process

  • Consultation and planning: We start with a discussion with the client and an analysis of the technical documentation. At this stage, we determine the scope of work, deadlines, and special project requirements. We conduct an on-site inspection to assess the site and logistical conditions. Based on the collected information, we develop a plan for the assembly or disassembly, taking into account the schedule, human and equipment resources, and the OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) plan.

Site preparation and transport: Before starting the main work, we organize the necessary equipment and materials. We provide transport of the steel structure elements to the construction site (if we are assembling a new structure) or arrange for scrap containers (if we are dismantling an existing structure). Our team prepares the site for work – designating safety zones, setting up temporary supports or scaffolding as needed, and securing the surrounding area. We also check if all elements and parts are ready for assembly (completeness, compliance with the design) or if the structure is disconnected from utilities (before dismantling).

Assembly or dismantling of the structure: The main stage is carrying out the task according to the plan. During the assembly of a steel structure, our fitters assemble the elements according to the design – they position steel columns, girders, beams, and other structural components, connecting them with bolts of the required strength or welding them in designated places. We use cranes and lifts to place elements at height, while ensuring precise leveling and plumbing of the structure. During assembly, we continuously check the quality of connections and compliance with the documentation. When dismantling a steel structure, we proceed in the reverse order – we gradually disconnect and remove elements (e.g., unbolting, cutting welds), starting with auxiliary elements and cladding, and finishing with the main load-bearing elements. Each dismantled fragment is safely lowered to the ground with the help of lifting equipment or platforms, so as not to damage the remaining parts or the surroundings.

Inspection and securing: After completing the main assembly or dismantling work, we conduct a detailed inspection. In the case of assembly, we check the stability and correctness of the structure, make any necessary adjustments, and prepare the structure for further finishing work (e.g., installation of hall cladding, technological systems, etc.). In the case of dismantling, we ensure that all elements have been properly removed and the structure has been dismantled to the intended level. We segregate the dismantled elements: those intended for reuse are marked and secured against damage, and steel waste is stored for transport to a scrap yard. The work area is cleared of demolition debris.

Handover and final documentation: The final stage is the formal completion of the project. Together with the investor or construction supervisor, we conduct a technical acceptance of the completed work. We provide the required as-built documentation – this may include assembly reports, certificates for materials used, welding reports, or documents confirming the proper dismantling of the structure. We ensure that the client receives full information about the scope of the work performed. After acceptance, we hand over the construction site for further stages of the investment or – in the case of dismantling – a site ready for subsequent activities (e.g., construction of a new building). Client satisfaction and meeting all project requirements are our priority at every step.
