By utilizing advanced welding technologies compliant with the PN EN-ISO 5817 standard, we guarantee the quality of our services, enhancing the safety and durability of our welded products. We offer welding services covering a wide range of materials and techniques, including steel welding, aluminum welding, as well as more specialized techniques such as TIG welding, MIG/MAG welding, or MMA welding, ensuring a broad range of welding services for projects of any scale.
Welding Basics
Welding is a crucial process in many branches of industry, involving the permanent joining of metals or thermoplastics by partially melting and fusing their edges.
This method finds application in the production of various metal structures, from small details to large steel constructions.
Welding different types of steel often requires the use of additional welding filler material, which increases the durability and strength of the joint. Our techniques for welding steel structures, including MAG and TIG welding, are tailored to the material specification and project requirements, allowing for optimal results to be achieved.
Range of Welding Services
At Vitworker, we specialize in welding a wide range of materials, including:
Carbon and structural steels, offering carbon steel welding,
Specialized steels, such as boiler steels and abrasion-resistant steels,
Non-ferrous metals, including aluminum welding,
Stainless and acid-resistant steels, ensuring exceptional weld quality.
We employ qualified welders and welding inspectors with IWE certifications, who also possess qualifications for conducting non-destructive testing (NDT), allowing us to maintain the highest quality standards for our welding services.
What do we weld?
Our extensive infrastructure and portfolio confirm that we undertake every welding assignment. Our facility, equipped with the latest welding technologies, fulfills orders for every industry branch, from energy, mining, agriculture to railway.
You can find our comprehensive industrial services, including welding large steel structures, in our offer under Steel Structures.

Certification and Qualifications in Welding
Our welding team holds certificates obtained through training conducted by renowned institutions such as the Welding Institute, demonstrating their skills and competencies in advanced welding techniques. As a result, our clients can be assured that they are entrusting their projects to professionals.
Our Welding Technologies
We offer comprehensive welding services utilizing various techniques and methods, such as:
MAG Welding
The MAG method, also known as Metal Active Gas welding, utilizes a continuous, fed electrode wire and active gas to shield the weld zone from harmful atmospheric components. An electric arc is created between the end of the electrode wire and the material being welded, melting the metal and forming a weld seam.
MAG welding is particularly suitable for welding carbon and low-alloy steels due to the use of active gases that enhance heat penetration and increase arc stability. It finds wide application in industrial production, steel constructions, vehicle manufacturing, machinery production, and other industries requiring high welding precision and good weld quality for materials of varying thickness.
TIG Welding
In TIG welding, the electric arc is generated between a non-consumable tungsten electrode and the material being welded. The entire process takes place in a shielding gas atmosphere, typically argon or a mixture of argon with helium, which prevents chemical reactions of the weld with air components such as oxygen or nitrogen.
The benefits of TIG welding are characterized by high weld quality and aesthetics, the ability to weld a wide range of materials (steel, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, etc.), and a high level of control over the welding process. However, this method requires a significant amount of skill and experience from the welder. It is used in the aerospace, automotive industries, in the production of food equipment, and wherever high weld quality is required.
MMA Welding
In MMA welding (Shielded Metal Arc Welding), the electric arc is created between a metal electrode and the material being welded. The electrode’s coating, under the influence of high temperature, disintegrates to produce shielding gas and slag, which protect the weld from the atmosphere. The slag covers the weld, shielding it from contaminants and slowing down its cooling process.
Arc welding with electrodes is valued for its versatility and mobility, as it does not require the use of external shielding gas sources, and the equipment is typically simple and easy to transport. It can be used to weld most types of steel, including carbon steels, low-alloy steels, some types of stainless steels, and non-ferrous metals such as cast iron. It is often used in outdoor conditions, in construction, assembly, and repair works, as well as in maintenance and repair tasks. Despite being one of the oldest welding methods, this technology remains indispensable in many applications due to its flexibility and ease of use.
FCAW Welding
FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) is a type of arc welding that uses a flux-cored electrode. It is similar to MIG/MAG welding, but instead of a solid electrode wire, a special wire filled with flux material is used.
This process can be conducted with or without the use of shielding gas, depending on the type of flux-cored wire used. FCAW is particularly effective for welding thicker materials and in outdoor conditions, where wind can disperse the shielding gas used in MIG/MAG methods. It is often used in construction, heavy equipment manufacturing, and steel structures.
SAW (Submerged Arc Welding)
SAW (Submerged Arc Welding) is an arc welding process in which the welding arc is completely covered (submerged) by granular flux. As a result, the process is almost entirely automated and characterized by high efficiency.
The SAW method is mainly used in heavy industries for welding thick plates and large structures, such as bridge constructions, ship structures, pressure vessels, and pipe manufacturing. It ensures very high weld quality, excellent efficiency, and minimizes UV radiation emissions.
